HostReadyShort-term rentals are only permitted for primary residents who reside at the property for a minimum of nine months per calendar year; proof of primary residency is required. Vacation rentals and properties where the owner does not meet the nine-month residency requirement are not permitted. Both hosted (Type 1) and unhosted (Type 2) short-term rentals are allowed under Ordinance No. 7317, subject to limitations.
