How it works
Bring your portfolio in manually or through your PMS. We already monitor the rules in hundreds of US markets.
Every property is checked against the markets we can file in right now. Covered ones are ready to go; the rest join the queue and we build them next.
We pre-fill everything we already hold and ask only for what we genuinely need. You upload the required documents and sign a short authorization. That is the last time you touch a government form.
We assemble the complete packet, review it, and file it with the city. A real specialist handles the submission and any back-and-forth, not a bot.
We track every renewal deadline and re-file on time, and if the city changes its rules or fees we handle the updated filing. You just get told it is done.
Pricing
A per-door add-on to any paid plan. A one-time filing fee of $299 per door when we prepare and submit the application, then a per-door renewal rate each year. Government filing fees are paid directly to each city and are not included.

Questions
We file in a growing set of markets and add new ones demand-first. If a property is in a market we do not cover yet, we do not charge for it. We put it on the list and notify you the moment we can file there.
You do, directly to the city. Government fees are never paid through us and never marked up. Our fee is for the preparation and filing service only.
Yes. You remain the owner and filer of record and can revoke our authorization at any time. HostReady acts as your limited agent to prepare and submit the named filings.
