What if you do not cover my market yet?

We file in a growing set of markets and add new ones demand-first. If a property is in a market we do not cover yet, we do not charge for it. We put it on the list and notify you the moment we can file there.

Who pays the government filing fees?

You do, directly to the city. Government fees are never paid through us and never marked up. Our fee is for the preparation and filing service only.

Do I stay the owner of record?

Yes. You remain the owner and filer of record and can revoke our authorization at any time. HostReady acts as your limited agent to prepare and submit the named filings.

Is this legal advice?

No. HostReady is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Preparing and filing forms from the information you provide is an administrative service.
