HostReady provides software tools designed to assist short-term rental operators with regulatory awareness, compliance monitoring, and property-level compliance tracking. The Service may include automated insights, compliance checklists, alerts, and regulatory summaries.

The Service is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

2. No Legal Advice

HostReady does not provide legal, regulatory, or tax advice. Information presented through the Service may not reflect the most recent legal or regulatory developments in every jurisdiction.

Users remain solely responsible for verifying compliance requirements with local authorities and ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the Service may require the creation of an account. Users agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Subscription Services and Payments

Certain features of the Service require payment of subscription fees. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors including Stripe. HostReady does not store complete payment card information. Subscription plans may automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to attempting to reverse engineer the platform, interfering with system operations, extracting datasets, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, databases, algorithms, and compliance frameworks provided through the Service remain the exclusive intellectual property of HostReady.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service utilizes artificial intelligence systems to generate compliance summaries, regulatory insights, and recommendations. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or incomplete interpretations of regulatory requirements. Users should independently verify all regulatory information before relying on outputs generated by the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HostReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service. This includes regulatory penalties, licensing issues, or financial losses resulting from reliance on information provided by the Service.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure providers, payment processors, and analytics services. HostReady is not responsible for the actions or policies of such third-party providers.

10. Service Availability

HostReady may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
