Our principles
We don't publish a rule until our team has reviewed it against primary sources. If we can't verify it, we don't claim it. No hallucinated rules, no AI confidence theater.
When a market allows short-term rentals only with conditions (permit caps, primary-residence requirements, zoning overlays), we say so plainly. We don't round “conditional” up to “permitted” to make the dashboard look greener.

HostReady is not owned by Airbnb, Vrbo, or any PMS. We integrate with them, but our incentive is to tell you the truth about your compliance status, even when the truth is “your listing isn't legal in this jurisdiction.”
A note from the founder
I've worked this industry from every angle. I've been the operator on the ground. I've been the host with my own rentals. I've spent years on the product side building tools the industry uses every day.
I kept hearing the same thing at conferences, from friends in the industry, and honestly from my own portfolio. Compliance has quietly become the heaviest thing on an operator's plate. Every market plays by different rules. Every quarter something changes. Nobody has time to track it all, and the people who try are spending hours that should be going into their business.
HostReady is one thing, done well. We automate compliance so you can focus on the parts of this business that actually grow it: guests, owners, units, revenue. That's the whole pitch.
