HostReadySTRs are defined as a home or portion of a home rented for 30 consecutive days or less. Two registration types exist: Primary Residence (where the host lives at least 275 days per year) and Non-Primary Residence (any owned residential property that is not the primary residence). ADUs and JADUs are not eligible for STR use, and the number of units allowed as STRs on a property is limited based on the total number of qualified dwelling units.
