Returns a one-time portal URL. Authenticated by your key, so only the holder can open it.

Replace a key that leaked, or rotate on a schedule

Mints a replacement and retires the old key. The new secret is shown once.

Omit overlap_hours to kill the old key immediately, which is what a leak needs. Pass up to 168 hours to keep it alive while you deploy the new one. Never billed.

Never billed, on any plan. A status of no_local_ordinance is an answer, not a gap: a lookup returns the county and state rules that bind.
