Who it is for
An owner or small manager who knows their calendar is underpriced in peak weeks and has no time to watch demand daily. Less useful if you already run a revenue manager in house, or if your properties sit in one market you know intimately.
Where HostReady stops and RevFactor starts
RevFactor decides what a night should cost. HostReady decides whether you are allowed to rent that night at all, and what the city, county and state require before you do. Neither answers the other's question: a perfectly priced calendar on an unpermitted property is still a fine waiting to happen, and a fully permitted property can still leave money on the table every season.
