HostReadyA short-term rental is defined as a rental of a residential dwelling for periods of less than 30 consecutive days. The City of Osage Beach does NOT have specific regulations restricting or prohibiting short-term rentals within residential zones or commercial zones where residential condominiums are permitted, except for R-3 multi-family zones which require a 30-day minimum stay. A City business license or occupational license is not required, but collection of sales tax and lodging tax is required.
