A few minutes. Paste your Lodgify API key, pick the properties you want covered, and HostReady works through them in the background: it resolves each parcel, works out which government actually binds it, and builds that property's checklist. You get an email when the portfolio finishes.
Your property records: address, location, and the basic details of each listing. We don't read guest contact details, payments, or messaging, and we never write anything back to your Lodgify account. Worth knowing: Lodgify issues a single key per account with no read-only version, so the key itself is broader than what we use it for. You can revoke it from Lodgify at any time and our access stops immediately.
Yes, and it's worth knowing up front. Lodgify lets you hide a property's address from API access, and compliance is decided by the parcel, so a hidden address can't be checked. We'll show you exactly which properties are affected and you can either unhide them in Lodgify or enter those addresses directly in HostReady.
Inactive properties are not brought across. We import the properties that are active in Lodgify, and the sync tells you how many were skipped so nothing disappears silently. If you want an off-season property monitored, either mark it active in Lodgify or add that address to HostReady by hand. Its license still expires either way.
Us, not Lodgify. Lodgify can't see inside the integration, so anything about properties syncing, addresses coming across, or the connection dropping is ours to fix. Email support@hostready.ai and we'll trace it. Only go to Lodgify for questions about your Lodgify account itself, like where to find your API key.
Nothing. They stay exactly where they are. Lodgify-synced properties are tagged separately so manual entries and synced entries don't collide, and you can remove either without touching the other.
